I had an amazing meat pie at Franco's Pizza Edison. It had been 18 years since I last enjoyed an east coast style pizza, so I was excited to finally try it again. I watched as they prepared a fresh Meat Pizza from scratch, and I ordered the first item on the menu. However, I plan to try a combo before I leave town. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel completely at home. I devoured half of a medium pizza and took the rest back to my room. The menu offers many other options, and I can confidently say that if I lived here, I'd be ordering food once or twice a month, especially if everything is as good as the pizza. Kinda a hole in the wall but it’s been around for over 35 years now. I’ve passed by it for a number of years but decided to buy a Work pie from them now. Staff were friendly. Pizza is actually quite good too. The works pizza has onions, peppers, mushrooms, pepperoni, and sausage. At the time I write this it was $21.95. Some might say price is a bit high but I think it’s appropriate for a quality pizza. I would say it’s much better than a supreme pizza from Pizza Hut or Costco or domino’s or Papa John for a taste reference. Crust is more to the chewy side with a sight crunch. I would say it is a good example of common American pizza towards a New York style pizza. I would order again.
My only regret is not discovering this place sooner! The food is incredible, and the staff is both polite and attentive. This family-owned restaurant serves fresh, homemade dishes with flavors that are truly addictive. I've had the pleasure of meeting the father and son duo behind it, and they exemplify professionalism and a strong work ethic. Their pizzas are perfectly balanced, with delightful textures, sauces, and cheese. I've tried many items from their menu, from appetizers to sandwiches, and everything is delicious. The pizza here is fantastic, and the service is exceptional. The cannolis are absolutely divine! I arrived just 10 minutes before closing, but the staff was so friendly and accommodating; they didn’t mind at all and made me three pizzas—two to enjoy there and one to take home. Plus, it definitely passed the Italian boyfriend test!

Incredible pizza! I was in the area and didn't anticipate discovering such a fantastic pizza place. We ordered the meat supreme pizza and enjoyed it in-house. I highly recommend dining in if you have the chance to savor the pizza fresh out of the oven. The service was excellent too!
This is the best restaurant in Edison, NJ, especially for vegetarians. They offer specially made pizzas without onion and garlic, and everything is well-prepared and clean. Their sauce is also free from onion and garlic. Overall, it’s the best pizza place in town!
This restaurant was fantastic! After spending years in Dallas, experiencing authentic East Coast pizza felt like heaven—especially that crust! The garlic knots were also incredibly delicious and full of flavor!
