I have been to this restaurant twice as a vegan and have always been delighted. The beet burger is absolutely delicious, and the Mediterranean salad is a perfect choice for a light and refreshing meal. I would also strongly recommend trying the chocolate fudge cake. It has always been my favorite dessert, and I was overjoyed to see it on their vegan menu.
The service was lacking at this restaurant. The pizzas were bland and tasteless. Despite complaints, they were not taken seriously in the restaurant. It was also difficult to reach the head office either by email or through the official complaint process. When compared to other F&B establishments, this unit falls far below expectations.

The service was amazing, I cannot fault that. I ordered off the gluten free menu and as our waitress confirmed to the kitchen it was gluten free I have been very sick since. The food was average- it all tasted the same. Réservez une table maintenant
I made a reservation through operable.co.uk, but when we arrived at the restaurant, they had no record of our booking. This was disappointing, especially for the 9-year-old celebrating his birthday with us. Thank you.
The staff is friendly and the menu options are great. Hopefully they will start removing the non-vegan options soon! Our favorite dish is the beet burger, which tastes like a lasagna in a bun.
I chose Frankie and Benny's for its convenient location next to the cinema. The service was quick and efficient, and the food was delicious.
