Now as most people who know me are aware that this girl loves her burgers, can't get enough of them I'm always willing to try new varieties etc. I ordered online from Frankie Benny's a burger chips with a starter. It was delivered on time it was still quite warm, just not hot. Which was okay as at least it wasn't cold it was being delivered approx 4 miles from the restaurant to my home. It arrived in a box which opens up like a plate saved me having to use anything else apart from my fingers to eat with. The burger was nicely cooked after I removed the soggy lettuce tomato I demolished it very quickly. A girl who loves her food says Yummmm!! Chips were a little hard for me, as they had lost...
Great service and a lovely dinner! Our waitress was fast, polite, and attentive. The cocktails were beautiful, and there were plenty of options for both vegans and carnivores, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts. No complaints here—definitely a solid 4 out of 5. We can't wait to eat and drink here again!
The restaurant offers generous portions and an excellent selection of kids' meals. There are plenty of vegan and vegetarian options available as well. It's a fantastic spot to visit, especially for those heading to the nearby zoos, as you can avoid long wait times for a table.
This is definitely one of the better Frankie & Benny's locations. Our server was fantastic—polite, friendly, patient, and efficient! The food was all quite good and was served in a timely manner. The waffles, in particular, were especially fresh and delicious.

Great place.. decor and ambience was amazing.. friendly service.. quick.. piping hot food, tasty and great value for money.. popped in for a bite to eat at breakfast and left stuffed.. will pop back for dinner and cocktails next time..
Brilliant service, the food was lovely and our server, Jakob, was absolutely great, kept checking on us throughout our meal and was easy to get a hold of. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and we're definitely going again.
