I went to Frankies and Bennys for dinner tonight. I was not impressed with the food or the service. We ordered the same main meals, but one portion was larger than the other. One of our meals was very dry and lacked sauce and meat. The service was poor, as the staff did not inquire about our meal satisfaction. Most of the staff were chatting by the open kitchen bar. When serving our food, they did not ask if we needed anything. When I asked for cheese, it took longer than expected for someone to bring it. I have dined here many times before without any issues, but I was disappointed with the meal and service this evening.
Ordered sirloin steak rare shoe leather appeared cooked to beyond well done and not seasoned could not cut it with a knife, they were eventually able to rustle up a steak knife when asked. Macaroni cheese was tasteless, rubs were stone cold, ordered Caesar salad which came with no dressing. Asked for a dressing to go with it waitress asked what sort of dressing we asked for a ceasar dressing she went away to see what she could do. A huge bowl of dressing similar to tartar sauce appeared
I took the red dirt road on Thursday with Brittany to McLean house with Alisha. On the Friday While on the road Saturday Deauville where at Iles Et Ailes I met Zoe on bar and Tiffany serving tables. I told Hayley and Sasha, to take heart fr.om her new opportunity to drop the Swedes and take heart from the Norfolk landscape on Sunday while asking on the Monday Sean to Impose Toi on the restaurant five wonderful evenings and five great meals.
I’m unsure if the restaurant has consciously changed the type of pasta they use in dishes or if they were just out of stock of spaghetti but I’ve attached a photo of our visit in 2021 vs Dec 2022 and as you can see they did not use regular spaghetti for our dishes but some other kind of noodle. There also seemed to be less sauce in general on the dishes compared to 2021. The garlic bread however, was great, hence 2 stars instead of 1.

The restaurant didn't have a good atmosphere. There were mixed opinions on the servers, with the first one being happy and friendly, while the second one lacked personality and a smile. The lasagna was bland, and I've had better from a ready meal. The meatballs tasted like they had been frozen, lacking texture, and the sauce had little to no flavor. The prices were very high considering the standard of the food. I won't be returning.
I visited this restaurant last night and found it to be a bit outdated. The food was average and overpriced compared to other places that offer better quality. However, my two boys were pleased with their experience thanks to the exceptional service from the server who greeted them at the door. The server went above and beyond to interact with them and ensure their happiness.
Food was very good, felt hurried, then got told had to go as member of staff had to catch a bus, but found out this was a lie as saw her standing in the carpark. Think this was very rude as I spend £53.30 to be treated like this was absolutely terrible and very rude
Wow what a rip off price wise ..food was ok but definitely not worth the prices charged .Can't justify paying £4or a few onion rings . Wow and the charge for a small portion of chips ..unbelievable. shan't be returning.

Burger bun stale. Garlic bread stale. Pizza poor (just like it came from the supermarket frozen section). Server not really bothered when I reported this. Won’t return.
Had the ribs and it tasted really good and was a very good serving of which I could take back for another meal later on still
