Frankie Benny's Bury St Edmonds

The wait at this restaurant was incredibly long! The staff were pleasant, but clearly overwhelmed. The wait for a breakfast refill was ridiculous, and it was obvious that the chefs were struggling to keep up with the orders. Although the food was okay, the two-hour-plus wait was too much to bear. I wouldn't go back.

I always enjoy bringing my daughter here during half term. The atmosphere, food, and service are all great. We love this place.

The steak was extremely terrible. My girlfriend liked her meal, but mine was the worst I've ever had. The food was truly awful.
