My partner and I decided to dine at this restaurant tonight because we were impressed by the cozy atmosphere, stylish design, and tasteful music. The service was excellent, although at times there was a longer than usual wait for the bill. However, with the option to pay using the tableside payment app, we were able to avoid waiting for too long. The drinks were fantastic, although on our last visit in November, I was unable to have alcohol as I was 9 months pregnant. I have worked in a chain restaurant before and I could tell that the pasta and sauce were likely prepared in a bag or microwave, and the meatballs were probably heated in a microwave as well. The burger also did not seem to have been grilled as there were no grill marks or signs of it being cooked on a hot surface. Despite this, the food was still tasty.
The main aspect of dining out for me is the overall experience of being served and enjoying the food, as well as observing the chefs in action. In this case, one of the chefs even sang while cooking, which added to the atmosphere. The restaurant was clean and the staff were polite and quickly corrected a mistake on our bill.

I had the worst experience at frankie and bennys. first, had a terrible greeting from a man who was very hostile to me and my family. the first thing he said was, did they have a book? he looked at his system and didn't say nop it. I showed him my e-mail and he said it was not confirmed. scrolled up and he was like okay. had no drunken command, until 20 minutes maybe sit longer. then waited 20 minutes for cocktail. I had to throw him to take food orders. the chips were cold. my sister commanded pasta and it was very liquid. I had enough, spike to the manager when nobody asked us how that was or what. She said she would ask me tomorrow to discuss my complaint. we went on Sunday. it's Tuesday....

When the food finally arrived, the fries were cold, and my sister's pasta was overly watery. Frustrated, I spoke to the manager, as no one had come to check on us during our meal. She promised to "call me tomorrow" to discuss my complaint. We dined there on Sunday, and now it's Tuesday, and I still haven’t heard from her. Dining at this restaurant is amazing and the staff is very accommodating. If you have any specific dietary preferences or restrictions, I recommend speaking to the kitchen and the wait staff as they are happy to cater to everyone's needs. This restaurant offers good value for money and is a great place for everyone to enjoy. I was hesitant to dine here as I don't like mushrooms, but they were able to adapt the dishes to suit my tastes.
The service and food were both unimpressive. I paid nearly £12 for a hotdog that came with a few questionable pieces of steak. The menu boasts that it's "stuffed full of steak," but that certainly wasn't the case. It's no surprise that restaurants like this are having a hard time. Overall, it was extremely poor value.
My son really enjoys this restaurant, and it's always a plus when you have kids who like the place you're going to. The menu offers Italian American cuisine, including pizza, pasta, and more.
The sirloin steak was quite disappointing; it required trimming and was a bit tough. The spaghetti bolognese was mostly sauce with very little meat.
