This is a wonderful place to go out for ice cream. Walking in the place is clean and beautifully designed and decorated. The white washed brick with inviting seating for friends to gather for a sundae or two. The staff were extremely friendly and meticulous in their preparation and presentation of the sundaes and cones we ordered. The flavor of the ice cream was rich and delightful. I am happy to have stumbled upon this hidden gem during my visit to the area. It was an experience worth every penny. I absolutely adore this restaurant. The portions are generous for the price, and it's usually not very crowded. The staff is friendly, and they have a lovely outdoor seating area in the back. I'm not sure what brand of ice cream they use, but it's delicious.
There is a Friendly's restaurant about 20 minutes up the road, but the quality of Frankie Dia's is so good that I don't feel the need to travel the extra distance. They also offer gift cards. I highly recommend giving this place a try - you won't regret it.
I just love this little gem on 44. All staff are so awesome always smiling and they are young respectful and even respond when you ask a question and hold a great conversation with you. Clean and I love the decor reminds me of a place you would see on a hallmark movie. I always get the shakes extra thick and always so good. They have a area on the side you can sit outside if you want also. If you haven't been there please go and bring the kids!!!

We stopped in to Frankie Dia's while in the area and really enjoyed it! I got a frappe and my husband got a hot chocolate. Service was quick and friendly, there is a cute sitting area with tic tac toe games, and the whole restaurant is clean and beautiful. The only downside for me was the extreme sweetness of the frappe, my husbands peanut butter hot chocolate was much more balanced in its sweetness. Would absolutely come back though!
I have visited this restaurant twice to try their ice cream, and it was excellent. The service was also great, as the staff was very friendly and even served me five minutes before closing time (which is at nine o'clock). The restaurant was very clean, and I have recommended it to many people. I will definitely be returning often because the prices are good as well.

Great ?! The service could be better and they need to check products to make sure they’re clean I had a hair in my shake. When I brought it up to their attention, they did not care!
