The service at Frankie Fanucci's was incredibly slow. I saw a waiter bring dirty-looking glasses from an empty table to another group, who ended up complaining about them. I came with a friend, and we were so caught up in our conversation that we forgot to leave a tip. Keep in mind, it took forever to get our check and change. As we were halfway out the door, the waiter shouted from inside, sarcastically saying, "Thanks for the tip?" I honestly had forgotten and would have left one, but after that, I’m glad I didn’t. Also, the menu options were decent, but the experience overshadowed everything.
I visited on a bustling Friday evening and witnessed a customer expressing his frustration because the online system indicated his pizza would be ready by 7:45, but it was already 7:52. He was upset about the time he felt was wasted. After he spoke up, the manager approached me, acknowledging that I had been waiting for a while, and offered to check on my order. To make up for the delay, he even offered me a beer. The takeaway? Being polite can sometimes earn you a free drink! The pizza here is always excellent, and I truly love this place.

I went on a busy Friday night and some guy came in and complained that the online system said that his pizza would be ready at 7:45 and it was already 7:52 and why would they waste his time. After he was done huffing the manager came to me and said Inoticed you've been sitting here for a while, let me check on your order. He offered me a beer because it was taking longer thannormal. Lesson: be nice, you might get a free beer. Always good pizza here. Love this place.

The pizza here is incredible, and the watermelon salad is also fantastic! Every dish I tried was remarkable. The service is exceptional as well. They adhere to the CDC regulations (the effective ones, not the more relaxed guidelines). There’s ample parking available, and the staff is very helpful if you need quarters. They truly make you feel welcomed, as if you've been invited to dine at their establishment.
loved eating and service! we had chicken wings, minenstronesuppe, pear salad and a Burrata chicken wedge. they were all delicious and super fresh. absolutely enjoyed everything. the tiramisu was the best I ever had. our waiter made our experience even better. thanks david! we look forward to coming back soon.
I used to like this place a bit more. The tap room was a nice feature. Disappeared during covid. No idea if they plan to bring it back. Food is good, if a bit expensive. Can't go wrong with wood fired pizzas.
The undercooked Chicken Parmesan really spoiled my appetite for the day, but at least it was free. Is that a good deal? I'm not sure. The pizza was just average. You can make your own judgment.
