Frank's Chip Shop - Réserver une table

A order was placed by my niece. She did not ask for salt and vinegar but it was put on it. She called up to ask to have it replaced as it was saturated by it and she could not eat it. She was told no. Because it would cost them money to fix the mistake that they had made. i then called up because i was upset that my niece has covid and she cant get out and they wont replace it. The reply was that they dont care. It is policy that if anyone dosent ask for salt and vin that they will put it on it !??!?!? i asked where is this stated or is it on your site? he said no. he said all our customers know this. The pizzas at this restaurant are excellent. I have been coming here since I was a child and always come back for more. The food is consistently good, with my favorite being the spicy chicken with jalapeños. The staff is friendly, polite, and always willing to assist. The only drawbacks are the long wait times due to the restaurant's popularity and the difficulty in finding parking outside the shop.

The best fish and chip shop in Bishopbriggs. The pizzas are fantastic, the service is always good, and they offer great meal deals. I have no complaints about this place.
