We ordered 2 pizzas, an antipasto salad, chicken tenders, and 2 subs. We get our food and notice the cheesesteak is missing so I call explain what I'm missing get put on hold for a decent amount of time for some guy to get on the phone and says they forgot to put it in the bag. I say no problem can someone deliver it to me? he states they didn't deliver it grub hub did. My response well grub hub didn't forget to put it in the bag you guys did. He then explains he doesn't have a driver and can't spare an associate to deliver 1 sub 10min away. Doesn't offer the return, I needed to ask for that and then was rude with his response. Poor customer service. Fast forward I eat my sub and as pictured...
I would give them zero if I could. 90min for the order that never arrived! Owner/manager took the phone 10 seconds spent on the phone and decided that it doesn't matter to calm down the situation and hang the phone and canceled the order that my bet was never cook once! my wife called for the first time and was told 10min. 1 hour later I call and get the terrible service! common. let a client know the reality!
I used to love this place. Finally ordered tonight after 3 months when they messed up badddd our order and the owner was nasty. Tonight the chicken was raw. I got a salad paid for extra dressing got charged no extra dressing. Lasagna was puke nasty. We're done with this place. Must be a new owner. And we don't complain but don't make a chicken brusseta salad with raw chicken and no lettuce and no cheese
They have very good pizza. Plus I like the coupons on the box that when you collect 10, you get a free cheese pie. AND on Wednesdays, cheese pie are $9.54 (I'm pretty sure) including tax. It's something like that. A lot better than $13-17. They employees are also friendly and well mannered like you'd expect and hope of any establishment. I've only have had their pizza though.

It?s my third time here and guess what.... EVERYTIME is the charm. Solid very friendly staff, solid food, clean tables, well lit clean dining room, clean silverware, clean bathrooms, the air isn?t heavy with oil or grease, the temperature inside is comfortable the service is quick and sincere AND THE FOOD TASTES GREAT! Well done guys!
There is a reason why a local pizza shop does not have a 4th Horribler customer service! Make sure you order your pizza 2 days in advance if you want to eat with your family in a decent hour! Owner/mngt did not have the order in the oven after over 90min delay and several phone calls with them say 10min away.
waited and waited and waited for my order. I called and it wasn't even gone. the excuse: we have a lot to do. You lost my business tonight and keep going. they call rocco, panatieri or lombardi instead of people.
Excellent service, delicious pizzas, and flavorful wings. I highly recommend stopping by to see for yourself.

Had a small meeting dinner here. The salmon served on broccoli was excellent. Service was outstanding.
The menu at Frank's Pizza offers excellent food. Give it a try—you’ll love it!
