Frank's Shrimp Chicken

I'm consistently impressed with this restaurant. I ordered the jumbo shrimp—I'm pretty sure they’re called Chicago shrimp—and they are absolutely massive and delicious! I do wish their shrimp sauce had a bit more horseradish for an extra kick, but that's not a big deal; I could always ask for that. Their catfish is also very good. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. Their customer service is among the best I’ve ever experienced; they genuinely care about their customers. Thank you all for restoring my faith!

I ordered a 12-piece fried chicken, and it wasn't the best experience. The chicken was overly greasy, and the flavor was quite bland. While you can taste some seasoning in the skin, the meat itself was rubbery. The price is affordable compared to other places, and the ranch dipping sauce is better than most I've tried. Overall, there’s room for improvement. Food: 3, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 2.

I visited the restaurant yesterday and had a disappointing experience. I ordered two grouper dinners, but they were only mediocre at best. I also ordered a pound of calamari, but when I got home, it was missing. Additionally, the onion rings had a strong fishy taste.

Bark and shrimp were delicious. Had a cream of mushroom soup that was probably one of the best soups I had in a long time! Back for groupers and scallops!
