Crab cakes were wonderful on a artful plate. Also had duck confit with a lovely crisp skin with a nice arugula salad with pear and orange sections. Most times the duck skin on these type of dishes aren't crisp, BUT..... Franny's does it right with crispy skin and moist duck meat. If you are a lighter eater and a duck lover this dish would be ideal. Halibut was so fresh and cooked to perfection with a light sauce, with fingerling potatoes and asparagus. We shared the Chocolate terrine, always a nice finish to have a few bites chocolate as we finished the last of our wine. As we looked around all we saw was happy diners with clean plates. Franny's has a full bar, and makes a lovely Cosmo. Also...
