I was rushing about town and a sign outside for different flavours of hot chocolate pulled me and my freezing fingers in. It was just before I went to catch a bus around the corner but you don't see white hot choc very often. Place was surprisingly adorable inside and cosy and had a nice mix of customers (2 young guys, two elderly women and a family with a baby). I asked to have mint syrup, they warned me the mint came mixed with dark chocolate but it barely made any difference. Best minty white choc I ever had and downed it within minutes. Lovely staff. I come here, I love their tea cakes, I often have a tea or a coffee. I believe this place to have a home from home atmosphere, you go up to the counter and there is so much choice, I believe they only accept cash, probably because the amount of money thease card payment machines cost someone I know owns a shop and she told me that have just put their transaction prices up again. Anyway, I'm there for roughly half an hour, and they don't rush you out the door. The amazing thing is, it's never too crowded so it's not loud like most places which is why I like it. I would recommend this place if you want I wanted a snack or a drink before setting off again.
The staff at this restaurant are excellent and the food is delicious. The coffee is top-notch, just like what you would find in London. They also offer a variety of milkshake flavors. There are plenty of tasty food options to choose from. The cafe has a charming "holiday" vibe that will make you feel like you're in Italy. Overall, this place is a winner and definitely worth a visit.
Have always liked this establishment because coffee is excellant. Do however think that £7.50 cost of drink for a full english is excessive will return to breakfast at the Time cafe across the road when they reopen in September). My wife had a bacon sandwich and commented the bread was brown sliced rather than the artisan bread they used to provide.

I go here regularly on my own or to meet a friend, often with my 1 year old son. The staff are always really lovely and helpful and make sure I have everything I need. Delicious coffee, cakes and sandwiches. I look forward to trying some of the other treats they have on offer! Love the decor, very modern and 'cool ' yet comfortable and homely.
I used to frequent Costa Coffee on Gillingham high street, but I have become frustrated with the long queues caused by their online orders. I decided to try out Frasers as an alternative, and now I prefer it over Costa. The coffee is superior to Costa and the ambiance is much more pleasant!
We often go to Frazers when we are in Gillingham, it is by far the best place to have tea coffee and a cake, the atmosphere is just lovely, and the staff are great you always get a cheery friendly hello when you walk in and the service is great.
I come here every Friday and they are absolutely lovely. They always remember what I like and that I'm dairy free! They are always friendly and sweet and they even put bunnies in hot chocolate powder on my mochas!(I love rabbits)

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The atmosphere is wonderful and the customer service is top-notch. I will definitely be coming back again soon.
Staff a very positive and helpful, served quickly and food was great value! Would highly recomend the ice cream and hot drinks!
