We always liked to eat at Fratelli. Unfortunately, the last two times the menu had not been served as requested. After asking the boss in a friendly manner, we were insulted. The customer has no wishes to make and the host has had enough of the job, customers, staff, etc So the wrong order was the customer's fault because he didn't clearly express what he wanted.
