"Descent pizza and okay pasta. The wine selection is limited as far as what you can get by the glass. Pizza was good and flavorful. The pasta needed more sauce and lacked any flavor."

The atmosphere was quite nice, apart from the drunken woman at behind our table, laughing so loudly, she could have shattered all windows and glass in the place. We ordered the pesto gnocchi, which was well-cooked and quite flavoursome. My only gripe with this meal, is it was significantly smaller than the other main. We also ordered the carbonara, which was well-portioned. Unfortunately, all we could taste was flour. There was not one distinguishing taste that would lead us to think it was a carbonara. There was almost no pancetta (2 tiny cubes) in such a huge mound of spaghetti. Just an overpowering hit of flour..... with a bit more flour, for good measure! This used to be my go-to rest...
Nous sommes allés à Fratelli frais à une nuit chargée pendant la vie vivante, mais nous sommes assis légèrement sur la zone extérieure, ce qui était très confortable. Le personnel était très sympathique et c'était agréable d'entendre les Italiens! Nous avons commandé un Cappricciosa et un Quattro-Formaggi: les deux étaient sans faille. Une croûte mince, des ingrédients de haute qualité et le bon équilibre dans les quatre pizzas au fromage, ce qui était exactement ce que je suis allé. Nous avons été achevés avec un expresso, qui a été très bien servi, mais de ce que j'ai vu qu'Yi doit essayer les desserts.
Nous sommes allés à un dimanche soir, nous nous attendions donc au service d'être très lent. Toute la place était heurtée de gens, nous pouvions entendre que les gens passaient un bon moment. Nous nous sommes assis et avons commandé la pizza caricofi et les épinards et ricotta raviolis. Ces articles ont été proposés par nos amis pour l'essayer, nous les avons aimés! J'aimerais visiter Fratelli un jour de semaine et profiter du reste du menu. Vous avez de nombreuses branches à Sydney et une bonne variété pour les végétariens!
I was really disappointed with this restaraunt, the pizza oven wasn’t working and instead of telling us straight away, we waited minutes for us to tell us. After reordering, we received half a meal but then after we ate our mains we realised they forgot our sides. The sides were then rushed and potatoes were cold inside. Also in the tomato gnocchi we ordered, they forgot the meat so it was vegetarian. Overall a really bad experience considering there was only one other table there. Réservez une table maintenant
We went to Fratelli Fresh on a busy night during vivid, but were readily sat on the outside area which was very cosy. The staff was very friendly and it was nice to hear italian! We ordered a cappricciosa and a quattro formaggi: both were flawless. Thin crust, quality ingredients and the right balance in the four cheese pizza that was exactly what I was going for. We finished off with an espresso that was very well served, but from what I saw passing byI have to try the desserts.
We went on a Sunday evening so we expected the service to be very slow. The whole place was buzzing with people, we could hear people having a great time. We sat down and ordered the Caricofi Pizza and the Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli. These items were suggested by our friends to try, we loved them! I would love to visit Fratelli on a weekday and enjoy the rest of the menu. They do have many branches in Sydney and a good variety for vegetarians!
