I stopped by for a quick dinner before returning to Tucson, and I highly recommend this place! This is the second Fratelli we've visited in Flagstaff, and this location is much more suited for a sit-down meal. The pizza is made to order and delicious, with the dough being tossed right after you place your order. The small salad is perfect for sharing between two people, and they have the pizza pans and salad bowls displayed on the wall, so you know exactly what to expect. You order at the counter and help yourself to drinks, but your food is brought to your table. It's a great area, easy to find parking, and it wasn't too crowded for a Friday afternoon. I will definitely return!
I feel angry when I read positive reviews and look at old photos of the pizza I will never be able to enjoy again. Anyone who has visited Fratelli's for the first time this year won't know how good the crust used to be. It makes me sick that they changed it! It's as if they tried their hardest to make it taste like Little Caesars crust—that's the best way I can explain it. Why aren't more locals upset about this change? I can't even call it a Flagstaff original anymore.
The food here is quite good, but the staff leaves much to be desired. I've had several instances where they got my order wrong and then tried to blame me, claiming they don’t usually prepare it that way. To make matters worse, I've overheard them talking about me while I was sitting right in front of the counter. Overall, the food is enjoyable, but the service is really lacking.
I ordered a small pizza with six slices and a soda for $18. While I found it to be quite pricey, the food was delicious. However, the service left much to be desired. The staff could benefit from some training on how to serve the food properly instead of carelessly placing it on the table. They also seemed unhappy and not very engaged in their work. We'll definitely come back to this place. It's your typical local pizza spot, but the food is delicious. The pepperoni and cheese pizza exceeded our expectations, and the salad was great too. While waiting for our pizza, we noticed a veggie pizza that looked amazing—it might just be the winner! We'll be sure to order that next time.
Friendly service and clean environment. Ordered 5 large pizzas lots of mild wings with Ceasar Salads. Great establishment! Pizza was oily and tasteful, very yummy! I liked their salad dressing, salad was fresh and delicious. Wings are perfectly madewith the right amount of sauce and cooking temperature.
Good pizza cold beer and friendly staff. Kind of odd they charge a 12% additional fee ?in order to pay higher wages to staff? while i appreciate that i think that the extra fee should just be reflected in the prices. Nobody like an additional fee.Including a few customers during my experience.
YUM YUM YUM! Absolutely delicious! I discovered this place after a short hike, and it was fantastic! I ordered the Maui Volcano, and it was AMAZING! The pineapple was sweet, and the jalapeño had a nice kick. Make sure to get it with BBQ sauce! Réservez une table maintenant
