They also serve excellent soups; their lobster bisque is reminiscent of what I've had in Maine, loaded with fresh lobster and a rich, delicious broth—it's simply perfection! Tonight, I tried the southwest corn soup, and it tasted like something straight out of a gourmet chef's kitchen, bursting with flavor. I’m planning to try their pie next. The crust resembles bread dough, which is what I’ve come to expect from New York. Properly made bread dough has a flavor that’s truly unique.
