Was here around 7 PM on a Thursday. My husband and I went through the drive through and then were eating in the parking lot. My husband went to use the bathroom and the inside was locked but people were inside. We watched several people including a familyand a group of fire fighters try to get in and couldn?t until someone walked out. When my husband went in they had told the firefighters they were locking the door because they were just too busy. I?ve seen way busier locations. There were maybe 10 peopleinside eating already and six cars in the drive thru which has two lanes. I recently had a fantastic experience at Freddy's, all thanks to Gerald, the General Manager. He went above and beyond to ensure that my order was not just promptly served but exceptionally fresh. Gerald's attention to detail and commitment to customer service were evident, and he even topped off my visit with a complimentary drink, which was a delightful surprise. It's not every day you come across someone so dedicated to providing an outstanding customer experience. Hats off to Gerald for making my meal memorable. Highly recommend visiting Freddy's when you're in the area, and a big thank you to Gerald for his exceptional service!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed a delivery order from this place through DoorDash. My order was reassigned, and the new driver told me it had already been picked up—yet I never received any notification. The driver asked the restaurant to remake the order, but they refused, citing their policy. I never received my food, though I was refunded by DoorDash. I reported both the first driver and the restaurant due to this inconvenience. Completely unacceptable! Do not order delivery from here!
My kid said the burger was ok . I got a frozen custard it was good. Workers were alright.. I response to the reply, I think the place was just really busy but the food is good . No major complaints here. I'll go back again.the employees just lookedmiserable and I can agree with the rudeness comment I saw because some of the employees at this location need an attitudeadjustment

Freddy's is a decent burger joint with really thin fries. The food tastes great though and their indoor seating is comfortable. However many of the employees are very young and look at you as if your an alien from outer space, sometimes being rude andacting like over carbonated Soda (no actual Pepsi flavor) is not a issue for concern. Oh and the custard is amazing. Lol
The chocolate ice cream with cone was not ice cream. It was SO CREAMY! So good! Custard not ice cream. Yummy and much better than I ever expected. I did not order anything else. Menu looked like In and Out or Five Guys.
Really good food and good service a young beautiful lady kept on stopping by to see if we were okay and if we needed anything thank you we appreciate you ??
If you are gonna pay with Google pay don't even bother there systems are proprietary for Apple products onlySo I couldn't get my food..
