Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I visited Freddy's a couple of weeks ago and was extremely pleased with our service there. I am one of those people who like my hamburgers extremely done and my burger had a little pink on it. I asked if I could get the hamburger put on a little bit longer, and the manager Zell said he would make me a brand new one. No questions asked. He even brought it out to our table for us and made sure it was perfect. Zell was extremely nice, professional, and wanted to make sure we had the best food possible and to our liking. They were busy, yet super friendly. Front door was locked so we went through drive through. Burgers were good, fries were cold (we ate in their parking lot, so right away). Before we left they opened the doors. I don’t know if they forgot to Unlock them or had to wait for more workers got in. I would try this location again.

We were there Sat around 745pm. Food hot n fresh and staff very friendly asked us 3 times how things were and picked up our tray as we were about to do so to leave. Great job!

I had the chili and chicken sandwich my sin had the cheese burger and fries with a vanilla shake we love this place never disappointed.
