Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

When I got to the store there was only one employee there. All the rest were outside on a break. Tables were dirty as were the floors. You have a fairly open kitchen and it was filthy. Employees came back in and none of them washed their hands. I should have left them. I ordered my mail. Milk shake was tasteless. Original single was sloppy looking. At the window was an employee on her phone.Time to lean, time to clean. To top it off, all the employees were dressed pretty sloppy. I enjoy Freddy's, but this store was a disappointment. I won't be back.

This was the second time I ordered from Freddies. The first time wasnt great either but I thought Id give them another try. Bad mistake. The sandwich was messy as the roll was too small for the burgers. The onion rings were cold and fried in oil that should have been changed long before mine were fried. And the ice cream desert was melted, because it wasnt packed in any way like it was going to be delivered and had to travel. So needless to say, last time Ill be ordering from them.

Always a pleasure to dine here. Staff is consistently pleasant and friendly, facilities are always clean and tidy. We've been to this location several times the manager always greets us with a smile and makes us feel very welcomed.Wheelchair accessibility: Raps right outside of entry way

I love their brownie delight concrete with pecans omg heaven ???. Every time I go to Freddy’s I get large onion rings , chicken tenders 5 piece , spicy chicken sandwich and my brownie concrete. I couldn’t resist their Freddy’s sauce omg omg delicious.Love you Freddy’s ? you are my saver Réservez une table maintenant

This is the first and last time Ill order from Freddies. I liked the double cheeseburger, the single cheeseburger was too thin and I did not like the tiny French fries. My order was not complete as the milkshake I ordered was missing. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Some of the best quality fast food in the area. The ice cream sundae selection is great. The staff are pretty peppy and friendly. Can get pretty backed up just due to sheer volume. Not as efficiently coordinated as a Chik Fil A, better than a McDonald'

The food did not taste good and the fact that it arrived cold didn't help.Only restaurant that I have ever been to where they have signs posted as you enter that you have a 90 minute time limit at your table.

The dish came with very few toppings and was poorly put together. It was significantly overpriced for what was delivered. I paid $18 for delivered custard, and it was a real letdown. Réservez une table maintenant

I requested lemons for my iced tea but didn't receive any, so I couldn't drink it. Additionally, my burger was missing lettuce and tomato.
