Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I have never had any issues with them beforehand, but my order today was off. I got an item I didnt order for that Im assuming was meant to go to someone else, and my item is so overfilled I cant open the lid due to it being melted (which I dont blame them for, it took about 25 mins for it arrive) and from what I can see none of the toppings I asked for are on it. Im not complaining about the ice cream being full, but I cannot see any of the extra toppings I ordered, or any of usual items that come on it. As Ive said before, usually their items are fantastic and I order from them all the time but this time they missed the mark.

Moved to the area 2 years ago, and anytime I order food its from Freddys. The burger combo is amazing and I always order chili fries which are the best in the area! Great food and always quick! Will continue to order from here!

Chocolate Brownie Delight amazing but wish the brownie was bite size instead of one whole brownie at the bottom Signature Turtle was very salty

Amazing, amazing food. Love Freddys especially their burgers and shakes!
