Abbey Gardens are absolutely great for everyone to visit. Plenty of space to sit down and enjoy packed lunch or grab something in town. Different types of birds for kids to see. Amazing flowers around, nice playground. Super cute place for whole families

Wonderful gardens with ruins from the 7th century Abbey. Roses garden, kids area , formal garden, aviary. Well worth a visit

a must see in bury st edmunds! I traveled by ipswich for a day trip and was impressed by the ruins.
