This village pub in Snodland is a true traditional local establishment, and appears to be the only one left in the area. While it may not have a gourmet vibe, the kitchen was busy during our short visit on a Wednesday evening. They had two handpumps serving Timothy Taylor Landlord and London Pride, which were uninspiring choices. The service was decent, and the atmosphere was average.

Fantastic pub with a very welcoming atmosphere and affordable beer prices. The large outdoor area is great for children to play in safety. Average cost per person is between £10 and £20. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect score of 5.

Went for a family lunch such a friendly welcome and great service. 2 mains for £15 lunchtime deal is great value. Good home cooked food liver and bacon was excellent! BTW good beer selection too! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A decent pub, well frequented by locals. It has a good-sized car park, the cleanest toilets ever and a nice atmosphere. Can't comment on the food. Service was quick, but they only accept card payment for £5 and over. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Wonderful value for money at £20–30 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive top marks with a rating of 5. Highly recommend trying the Roast Beef dish.
