Freischwimmer Bregenz

My initial plan was to dine in different restaurant every day during my week stay in Bregenz. Unluckily for other restaurants my first dinner was in Freischwimmer. ONE MEAL and I knew I wouldn't get any better. The food was amazing and so was...the service. I had the most amazing rhubarb and paprika soup which blew me away and it kept getting better from there. Fresh, high quality ingredients and what I appreciate the most not overseasoned. I had steak massive piece of sirloin, salmon, veal and cheesecake so far and I'm definitely coming back for more. Have to mention staff who is super nice and professional keep it up Anna) and make you feel welcome and appreciated.

No guarantee in this part of Austria, the staff at the free float understands veganism. It serves two vegan main dishes and two vegan soups as well as salads. I think the deserts are all not-vegan. Coffee / Chai tea can be ordered with soy milk. I had the falafel main court: It was very delicious, but I wouldn't say it was like Falafel. It was more like big chickpea dumplings on a pea sauce with green and sweet potatoes. Everything was excellent and definitely made at home. A bit on the more expensive side for the little part but.

Wir haben heute Nachmittag im Außenpool gegessen. Die Qualität ist sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Es gab nicht ausdrücklich bezeichnete vegane Lebensmittel. Ich aß Salat vom Buffet. War sehr frisch und lecker. Dennoch, als Veganer, würde ich nicht speziell dorthin gehen.

Super leckeres Essen und sehr freundliche und einladende Dienstleistungen. Das Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert.
