Our experience at the restaurant was less than satisfactory. The waitress displayed unfriendliness from the beginning, failing to inquire about my boyfriend's drink preference and serving us both the same beverage. The calamari was disappointing, being greasy and overcooked. However, the halibut burger was a saving grace. I requested aioli for my fries, but it was forgotten, and the fries themselves were only lukewarm. Our meal was further disrupted when a patron at the adjacent table became ill and vomited. This incident was the final straw for us, and we have no intentions of returning to this establishment.

This is the real deal- the pub in the Marina with real sailors in it. The beer sizes are huge-real 20 oz pints, but the price is pretty as well, so make sure to inquire how much your drink is before you order to avoid any surprizes at the end. The fish and chips is the best ever, as it is made with the freshest ingredients.

We went looking for fish and chips and ended up having the best seafood chowder we’ve ever tasted, which we chased with some fish chips, lobster spaghetti, and blackberry beer. The whole meal was fantastic, the prices were reasonable, the service was top notch, and it’s a unique location. Highly recommend.

We made a nice pit stop on our way to Campbell River from Victoria. My husband enjoyed a tasty draft beer, while I opted for a refreshing dry cider. We sat outside on the patio, so I can't speak to the quality of the food or the interior of the restaurant.
