By far, the best coffee on the island and perhaps in western Canada! I’ve been a coffee connoisseur for many years, invested in equipment, time and training and seek only the best roasts to suite my taste. FP has surpassed my expectations of finding good coffee in the island. I love the Winter Wonderland blend, Ethiopia Kilenso and the Home Blend. All outstanding. Jeremy is a master roaster and always helpful. Thank you for contribution to the culinary culture on Vancouver Island and the opportunity to order online!
This is undoubtedly the best coffee shop I've encountered on the island! The food, muffins, and coffee are all outstanding. The mushroom toast was bursting with flavor, and the mocha with oat milk was just right—not too sweet at all. The muffin was incredibly fresh. The ambiance is lovely, and the staff are very friendly. I'm so happy I discovered this gem. It’s definitely going on my “must-visit” list for every trip to the island!
I typically feel skeptical when a restaurant claims to be French (being French myself) because it often suggests a pretentious atmosphere that masks mediocrity. However, that is not the case here! The coffee is delightful, and the scone is one of the best I've ever had—definitely among the top three in my life. My wife's Sunriser sandwich was quite good as well. I highly recommend paying a visit.
What a fantastic spot. The food was absolutely delicious and the price is right. I ordered a breakfast bowl and definitely wasn't disappointed, it come with scrambled eggs, cheese, peppers, greens and some incredibly delicious thick cut bacon. I would definitely recommend the bowl. The coffee was also fantastic. I will definitely be back at some point Réservez une table maintenant
I absolutely love the staff and service at this restaurant. They always greet you with a smile and genuinely seem happy to see you. The seating arrangements are well spaced out, which makes you feel safe and comfortable. Their sandwiches are fantastic, and you definitely need to try their muffins – they are simply superb!
Stopped in here for a coffee and bite to eat before catching the Ferry. For a drip coffee found it strong and satisfying. My breakfast was absolutely delicious. Very flavorful and tasty. Service was friendly and helpful. Worth a stop if you are looking for a quick bite and decent cup of joe.
