I rarely post review, but the behavior of this chain merits the effort given the lack of effort and retaliatory behavior. Tonight, I placed an order online For pick up before closing time. I mistakenly went to the location 2 blocks by my house, as I did not realize there was a second location. While the people at Floriangasse kindly called to verify that my order was at a second location, there was no offer to figure out a solution so I would not have to walk 1.5 km both ways. Went here on lunch break and was dissapontied in the quality of food and the service. I ordered a burrito with chicken, and chips and salsa. The person behind the counter told me in a very pretentious and condescending tone that salsa simply means sauce in Spanish. Thanks for the language lesson. The burrito had lettuce that was wilted, the tomatoes were old and mushy and the chicken was bland and cold. What a joke. I told the person behind the counter and they got defensive, telling me these were the freshest ingredients. Das erste was mir aufgefallen war, ist das Zeichen dass keine Hunde erlaubt sind, in vgl. zum zB. Ich bin unregelmäßiger Kunde seit 2009 und kann die teilweise unverschämt harte Kritik nicht nachvollziehen. Das Essen ist handgemacht (sogar die Tortilla Chips) und das Fleisch sowie Gemüse von einer durchwegs sehr guten Qualität. Wenn ich das Konzept richtig verstanden habe, ist fast alles Bio. Ich selbst bin Unternehmer und sehe auch nicht ein dass man als Gastronom, Sklave von frechen Rotzlöffeln sein soll, die ihre Burger vom Nachbar Lokal verspeisen wollen oder stundenlang Leitungswasser trinken wollen und Internetsurfen - die würd ich auch vor die Tür setzen. I’ve been there for lunch to grab a Burrito to go. I would consider myself as patient, but this time it really felt like ages until my order was taken. Here I have to say, that I was only fifth in line. Once I’ve ordered (Pulled Pork Burrito), they first had to take out the meat from the fridge and heat it up, why it even took longer until my food was ready. Perhaps that’s their normal procedure, but I’ve been to other Burrito places where the “mis en place” for standard dishes was ready. The food was ok, but quality of service was not. If your are around the corner it is worth a try, but I wouldn’t travel far to visit Fresco Grill.
Recently went to dinner after a long day of tesching and this place really went home for me (coming from California) good Mexican cuisine is not easy to find. The queserito burrito I remembered back home, and the portion size was also great. Can wait to come back. Ps: Try her craft beer. It's super
Für mich ist es noch immer und seit Jahren der besten Burrito in Wien. Habe alle anderen Läden probiert, aber an den von Fresco kommt einfach keiner. In anderen Kommentaren wird von der Unfreundlichkeit des Personal gesprochen. Das wäre mir bis jetzt noch nie aufgefallen.
Habe heute über toogoodtogo um 2x5€ 2 burritos mit tortillia chips bekommen war ausgezeichnet! Um den regulären preis wäre es mir zu teuer, um 5€ ein tolles schnäppchen! Die mitarbeiterin war auch sehr freundlich

Das Service war sehr unfreundlich, ob sich dann das gute Essen auszahlt muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden! Mir ist es das nicht wert, schlecht behandelt zu werden. Gibt genug andere Restaurants
Before gorilla kitchen and max and Benito, fresco was the only available option for burritos. Now it is overpriced and expensive.
