Frescos Cocina Mexicana Watauga

As always seated quickly and our server was on top of getting drink orders. Food is big size portions. Prices have only gone up a couple of bucks from precovid prices. We appreciate them keeping it affordable and plenty of food! I wish I could remember our servers name because she was fun, fast and started joking around with us as we included her into joking with the group. Since you pay at the table now I didn't get a paper receipt to go back and check her name.

My chicken enchiladas were good. My wife had Brisket Enchiladas and they were cheese filled with the brisket upstairs. Odd, but she said they taste good. The most disappointing was my adult son who said his Brisket Tacos were tasteless. The service was ok and the place was noisier as an average. The menu was small and prices slightly higher than the current price for Mexican food. Too many better Mexican restaurants to get back to Frescos.

The atmosphere in this place is colorful, festive and funny; I love the pendant lights. It can be quite loud when busy, but it is a popular place to expect. Service is always fantastic. The food is also really good. My engagement loves her queen and Enchiladas; I think her tortilla soup is amazing. Great place to try if you haven't!

Amazing food, excellent/friendly service. Usually we get Fajitas when we get here, but we have changed it and we are impressed. Nothing beats a crispy taco that remains crispy if it is not the first thing you eat. Everything on the menu is good!!! We'll be back soon.

Stopped in for lunch had the shredded chicken tacos. What I thought was so awesome they put a chip on the beans so that the taco wouldn't get beans on it. Never seen this before!
