The philosophy of food here works well with the decor. It seems fresh in the room. Tables are well spaced and there is an excellent outdoor area to dine. In short this place punches above its weight. Maybe the waiters are lacking a little in confidence but they make up for it in enthusiasm and professionalism.We enjoyed interacting with our waitress from Vietnam who was a little nervous but friendly and thoughtful. we really appreciate that the school gives the students the opportunity to create and serve healthy, fresh, local seasonal foods with focus on plant-based eating. it is a breath of fresh air in the Swiss where cheese and dried meat are standard. beautiful presentation and taste...from the 6 different dressed my man and I had (quinoa patties, beetroot roll, tortelli verdi, vegetables tagliatelle with cancer, chocolate / coconut tart, apfel dessert.) simple parking and large sunset. in any case recommend to support especially the children and eating the future.

Very nice first experience. Discovery of this new restaurant, opened not far from the first. The students of the hotel school are at the service and in the kitchen. Mastered plant-based cuisine which does not involve food substitution but which reveals a beautiful facet of this style of cooking. Warm welcome by the students and their leaders. a nice restaurant stop at a well-known hotel school. the restaurant is mainly vegetarian. the service is very professional, the students are cooking and serving. they are very helpful and well supervised. the dishes are pleasant and well prepared. good value for money. we. always had a good time. we recommend.
