We were nothing but pleased with fresh as can bee catering over the weekend! I got married on Sunday and then we had catering delivered to our cabin for our reception! All of the food was exceptional, I’ll list what we got below. The cupcakes were also divine and I wanted to hide them away and keep them just for myself hahaha. My mom reached out to Kim several times leading up to our event and she was incredibly helpful and responsive any time we had a question. Kim and her catering crew were wonderful for our country rustic wedding in the mountains of North Carolina! She worked closely with me to make sure every detail for my special day was done according to what I envisioned. I really liked that she had pre planned packages for me to pick from which made the meal planning process easier for both of us. The food was delicious and full of flavor, and our cupcakes/cake were to die for we literally had a mob of guests rush to the cupcakes when they were given the go ahead by the DJ!! Absolutely incredible experience with Kim and her team. We had a destination wedding and were unable to sample our dinner/cake options due to the distance so it was all a surprise for us on wedding day and let me tell ya, they exceeded ALL expectations. They catered my reception with an amazing fruit, cheese and hummus spread as our appetizer. Then we gave our guests choices of NY Strip Steak or Spinach and Artichoke Stuffed Chicken. Both were absolutely amazing, but that chicken was to die for! Kim and her team also made our wedding cake. Almond cake with raspberry buttercream filling. Y’ALL. Kim and the FACB team went above and beyond to make our wedding day special! Everyone was raving about the dinner and desserts. It was so easy with the package options which allowed us to have a grazing table, dinner, and dessert, including our wedding cake. Kim was always so responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Ali and Kendra worked our wedding and they did an amazing job setting up/decorating our cake and dessert table. I definitely recommend FACB for any of your catering needs!
Kim and her team at Fresh As Can Bee did an outstanding job for my wedding! All of my guests, including my foodie dad, were impressed with the food. Kim took the time to understand my dad's vision and worked with both of us to make sure everything was perfect. She even made sure to accommodate my vegetarian guests. Kim is very sweet and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend her and her company!

Kim and FACB team catered our wedding in downtown Asheville and even found us a day of coordinator in a pinch. She has an extensive and flexible menu, helped us figure out the proper amount of food to order (spot on by the way), and was a pleasure to work with throughout.
