After spending several hours exploring Vaughan Mills, I found myself craving a burger. This was my first time visiting this Fresh Burger location, and I must say, I'll definitely be returning frequently after such a wonderful experience! I ordered my usual, the Double Prime burger, and the staff encouraged me to try their Cali fries. I didn't realize that the person taking my order was the manager/owner. I walk by this place every day while taking my dog out, but I only tried it for the first time yesterday! Wow. Their homemade cheeseburger and fries are fantastic. I've finally found a spot that serves burgers just like the ones from my hometown in Texas. The $12 combo, which includes tax, comes with a burger, fries, and a drink. It was a bit on the small side (which is why I’m giving it 4 stars), so I think I’ll opt for the larger combo next time. Nonetheless, it was delicious! I was a bit surprised that the ordering machine prompted for a tip after I placed my order and picked it up at the counter.

I waited 25 minutes for a single poutine, and during that time, four people left upon seeing the situation. Six drivers were waiting to pick up online orders and began to voice their frustrations about the delays. They were telling your staff that they should provide better estimated wait times. I believe this indicates poor management and a shortage of staff, especially considering it was a nice day (6-7). I’m sure you will receive more complaints about online orders if this continues. After finishing work and visiting the decathlon, I decided to check out this restaurant, not quite sure what to expect. To my delight, I was pleasantly surprised. Although there weren't any customers dining in when I entered, the staff was exceptionally friendly. I ordered the #3 combo, and given the quality of the delicious, juicy burger and the fantastic fries, it was definitely worth the price! I will certainly come back to this location the next time I'm in the area.

On my first visit to the restaurant, I received a warm welcome from Adam, whose politeness pleasantly surprised me. The establishment is impeccably clean, and the open kitchen lets you see the burger preparation in real time. The customer service truly deserves five stars. The food is outstanding as well. I will certainly be returning many more times!

Absolutely the best burger and fries I've ever had! I was in the mood for a burger but wanted something different from the usual choices, and then I discovered Fresh Burger. I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. The burger was fantastic, and the fries were perfect too! I will definitely return to try the prime burger.

I had an amazing experience with the burger! The prime burger was served with all the classic toppings, and I accompanied it with poutine and a chilled can of Pepsi. The best homemade burgers I've ever tasted! I haven't found anything like them anywhere else. I didn't give it a full 5 stars, though, because the fries are quite small. They look like little deep-fried pieces, with each one being around an inch in size.

**Incredible Burger!** The meat was exceptionally tasty and fresh. The ambiance could be improved with louder music to elevate the dining experience and ignite customers' appetites. For those who are vegetarian, the veggie burger is an excellent choice!
