3 stars does not mean the food is no good-one of the burgers was actually tasty so 5 stars on that.The 3 stars is for various reasons:1. The atmosphere of this location is drowned out by very loud music playing from the kitchen area, so if you are expecting to dine in and have a conversation or read a book and relax a little you will be disappointed. Why not just play some low volume background music-perhaps some nice soft piano music that way the constant noise won’t wake up the anger sharks swimming in most people’s heads.2. I went here one day after work after going to the decathlon not knowing anything about this place and wow I surprised. I walked in and no one was eating inside but the staff was still very friendly with me. I ordered a #3 combo and for the quality I got including the amazing fries and the delicious juicy burger was a fair price!! Definitely going back to this location when I am back in the area

Waiting 25 min to get one poutine.4 people walked away once they saw situation. 6 drivers was waiting to pick up the online orders , starting to complain about delay. They were telling to your staff you should give proper timing . I am sure you will receive more complain from online orders!Anyway, I think miss management , shortage of staff . time 6-7 good weather conditions)

When I visited the store the first time I was greet by Adam and was very surprised at how polite this gentlemen was. The facility is clean, the kitchen is an open kitchen where you can see them making the burger and customer service is 5 stars. Food is great too. Will be coming back many more times after.

The best burger and fries ever!I was craving burgers, but also tired of regular options, and then I found Fresh Burger.Def more than happy with this decision. The burger was amazing, and so were the fries! I'd for sure visit again and try the prime burger.

Best home made burgers! Unseen in any other place. I did not give 5 stars because the fries are super small. They look like deep fried bits and pieces avg size about 1 inch.

Talk about an amazing burger!!!! All the regular toppings on the prime burger, poutine and cold can of pepsi. Great price, food was excellent!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
