Upon entering, I wasn't greeted right away, but the cook was attentive and prepared our food quickly. However, despite ordering several items, the dishes were quite bland and lacked flavor and spice. It didn't taste like authentic Mediterranean cuisine. On the plus side, the restaurant was clean. While I probably wouldn't return, the experience was acceptable overall. The spinach pies were enjoyable.
Delicious food and friendly staff! It's conveniently located near the zoo, and the walk there was manageable, even though we were a bit tired from our zoo visit. We ordered the chicken and veggie platters, and both were flavorful and light. You place your order at the counter, and then they bring your food to the table. We also took home their baklava, which we absolutely loved!
Everything was fantastic! The tabbouleh was incredibly fresh, and the olive oil was high quality. The chicken was crispy and juicy, with a wonderful texture. The baklava was perfectly crispy and not overly sweet. If I lived here, this would definitely be my go-to restaurant. Food rating: 5/5.
Delicious shawarma and baklava. Seems family owned, great service, a little market section for grocery items and easy fresh to-go food in a case. This might sound silly but I love that they have a sink for hand washing outside the bathroom, what a great idea. Réservez une table maintenant
This cozy and charming restaurant is conveniently located near the National Zoo and offers authentic Mediterranean cuisine. The staff was attentive and polite, and the food was fresh and full of flavor.
The food was good, though not spectacular. The salad and fries stood out as very good, while the kabob pita was just average. The prices are quite reasonable. Overall, I would rate the food 3 out of 5.
Hopped in for a quick lamb pita while apartment hunting and was not disappointed. Lamb was tender and very flavorful and I loved the tahini sauce on the lavash. I will be coming here again!
Absolute local gem. The food is delicious, especially the shawarma! All of their dips and sides are wonderful and fresh. Generous portions and a great price point. 10/10 Réservez une table maintenant
