We came to pickup some banh-mi at their neighbor, we're intrigued by the name and ended up ordering a ton of takeout.This is probably the best deal in town. We had two incredible ladies precious and Paige help us navigate the menu, sauces and options.As some reviewers pointed, happy hour after 5 pm is the time to come. You get 5 free toppings and it's generous if you get it as a side. Love, love, LOVE their sweet potato tacos!! They just melt in your mouth and I love the sweet and savory flavor! They just mix so well together. We don't live as close to this spot anymore but whenever we are in the area, we try to swing by. We took our friends here when they visited before they moved to the other side of the country and they loved it! Can't wait to come back. IG: @ammysalamii

Took FOREVER to make my order. Sitting here waiting for them for 45 minutes now. No exaggeration. And I witnessed them on their phones multiple times , only to realize they were ordering Starbucks that one of them went to pickup when they're supposed to be making my food. Need better time management. I shouldn't be waiting for a panini for an hour.

Fresh Potato Factory was once a fantastic spot for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. Unfortunately, it has experienced a decline in quality, attributed to the employees and management. I Decided to get the Baja wrap, it was delish and filling, the sauces are just perfect and it didn’t leave me feeling gross or bloated. You can tell everything is made fresh so it was a perfect lunch! Will definitely come back to try other items on the menu!

The food is fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was really hungry and appreciated that everything was vegan. Thank you for being here. I just wish I lived closer to this restaurant!
