Restaurant is new, so it is a nice, clean and bright space. Staff is friendly. Meals are prepared quickly and come in "to-go" containers. The food is an assortment of: Salads, wraps, bowls, juices, smoothies and frozen yogurt. Prices are a little high - 7$ for a serving of their juice (veg + fruit), but, the food is high quality. There are a lot of vegetarian options, including a Tofu and Falafel protein option. A lot of the bowls/salads contain quinoa and brown rice, which are both gluten free. They were very accommodating for my 10-month old too, I was able to order a side of avocado and chicken. Having heard the hype, we decided to give the place a try. Not a huge range of fresh juice choices. I had the Carrot Zinger and my wife had the Mighty Detox. Both were delicious. I had a TexMex burrito with tofu. Normally if I want a burrito I go to Taco del Mar. The Freshii burrito is better though. It has a more interesting mix of ingredients and just flat out tastes better. Prices are not cheap but if you are looking for tasty, quality food from a CANADIAN restaurant chain, give them a try.

Next time you want a quick lunch - skip McDonald's or Subway - come here. Way healthier options, but it actually tastes great. Lots of different options, salads, wraps, soups or bowls. They also have a breakfast menu as well. I definitely recommend the Tex Mex burrito, the Bamboo bowl and the Oaxaca Bowl- all are so tasty and very filing. Place is very clean, staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. Awesome place. They also have options for kids.

Big selection. If you don't like the menu you can customize your meal. I went with the teriyaki twist bowl. It was delicious, really nice alternative to all the greasy fast food.

I like the bowl food idea. It always is nice tasting but wish they used organic produce and hormone and antibiotic free meats.
