I’ve worked here since day one..most people who know me, know I aim to please.After taking a few months away, I was drawn back in by gravity and as of this moment I couldn’t be happier. The team, or better word would be family, is actually doing an amazing job at trying to turn around what got turned around lol We laugh, we love, we fight like siblings, but most of all, we do everything in our power to let each guest know that they’re not just another swipe of a card, or bill in the drawer- they’re a friend. Obviously communication isn't a stronghold feature of this restaurant. The rice was way undercooked and the staff were quite slow for not being busy. The young man working there messed up our order by putting in the wrong ingredients. Plus my Mango smoothies was tasteless. So disappointed were we that we dumped both bowls in the trash bin. No one answers the phone there after numerous calls. I guess they don't want to deal with their incompetence. Sad cause this is ONLY Freshi in Muskoka. Just drive to Orillia as they seem to know what they are doing there...

The service was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive. They made a genuine effort to ensure we got the meals we desired and wanted to make sure we enjoyed every bite! The food was prepared quickly, and they were patient while we placed our orders. It was the type of service that inspires you to write a positive review immediately! They truly deserve it! The restaurant itself was impeccably clean, charming, and well-maintained. Thank you for such a wonderful lunch!

I had a fantastic experience! As someone with Celiac disease, I need to eat gluten-free, and the server was incredibly attentive and clearly well-informed about food allergies and how to prepare meals safely. I love going in to this place! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Quick service wonderful customer service! I would try out the chocolate peanut smoothie if I were you!Kid-friendliness: I bring my little sister in all the time! They always make her smile!

The people and the atmosphere are so comforting and energetic, my little sister loves visiting with me, one of the cleanest take out places I've been too. Definitely recommend.
