I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. A friend and I placed an order, but it was incorrectly fulfilled. When we called to resolve the issue, the manager, Mayank Patel, spoke to us in a rude manner and was quite unprofessional. The assistant manager, Sally, also responded with an attitude and said that they couldn’t do anything to help us. The only person who genuinely seemed willing to assist was Hitesh. I would advise against ordering from this place—it’s simply not worth your money. They really deserve to receive complaints, and I should also mention that they tend to delete negative reviews.
Sally, who claims to be the manger at this location was incredibly rude when I talked to her on the phone about my order. They messed up my topping and did not do anything about it. Instead they spoke really rudely. Would not recommend this location of fresh slice pizza. Save your money people
