Freshy Fresh Bagels

Good coffee, decent bagels, clean establishment, and accurate, but borderline rude service. It wasn 't busy when we arrived, so I was able to place my order within just a few minutes. I was greeted with impatient eyes that matched her discouraging frown. Now, I understand that people have bad days, but in the service industry you have to do your best not to reflect those feelings to your customers. I was tempted to just excuse myself and take my family elsewhere, but Idecided to stay. I ordered one egg everything bagel with regular cream cheese, and then asked what other flavors were available. Her frown deepened and she snapped with a stiff point from her pen below the counter to her left, They 'reright there! I half expected a wooden ruler to come crashing down on my head for asking such a ridiculous question. I decided that a cranberry walnut would go well with a cinnamon raisin bagel and added that to my order. Drinks?! , shesnapped. I replied, two coffees, one small and the other.... . I peered over to where the cups were stacked to judge a larger size. A fraction of a second later, Size?! . I replied with medium. I then asked the kids if they wantediced-tea or lemonade. My oldest said iced-tea, and my youngest paused before responding with lemonade. The woman, too impatient to wait for a response, walked off without hearing the rest of my order. The Coffee station is ado-it-yourself, which is a plus since the only person that can make your coffee correctly is yourself. The station was very clean, but both the milk and half and half were empty. The coffee was hot and tastes great ????. Our order wasready before I could finish making the second cup if coffee. We finished our transaction with minimal verbal correspondence. The bagels were good with an abundance of cream cheese, but definitely didn 't seem freshy fresh as the namesuggests. I went to Freshy Fresh a few weeks back and the woman that took care of my order gave me some really fresh bagels (I?m mentioning her without knowing her name, but she was a saint! , and awesome customer service (everyone else seemed to exhibit awesome service as well, so really, thank you everyone behind the counter ! Now, fast forward to last week, though the bagels weren?t as fresh as told previously here, they were still edible. I?m only mentioning this because ithappened and that?s the reason I didn?t give four stars. Other than that, I do recommend this place for a good breakfast sandwich, as this happening was most likely a one off. So, by all means, enjoy!

June 2022 , WOW WHAT RIPOFF ALL PRICING ... and you the client buyers are the issue . Bagel STOPS HERE YES HAHA ..Wake up buyers as I have AND ANY OTHER LOCAL L I once normal pricing . Today , poppy bagel 1.50 wow W smear of butter 1.25 wow tax The rest of the wall foods were insane . You buyers are too blame , stop using this store 901 Montauk hgwy ,shirley Sams w high gas , stop doing longer trips ... WAKE UP YOU FOOL BUYERS , AS I HAVE AMD Walked out ...over to B/ king or Macd PLEASE owner do NOT come back w your high.costs . For baking daily Bagels in a oven paid for 10 years ago .

Best bagel store on the island! The bagels are ALWAYS FRESH! I go here every summer when I am in town and stock up on bagels. The best is there everything onion bagel. So tasty and so good. Their egg sandwiches are out of this world and the coffee is always hot and fresh. There?s always a smile on all the workers faces and they are always happy to make sure your order is just the way you like it! I wouldn?t go anywhere else!

Very disappointed. Bagels were not fresh at all. Ordered them through an app. They were definitely stale. Ordered from this store several times before but will not order from them again.
