in the rule, we never visit the same local twice - not at all as tourist, if we have available only two evenings. but our well-known in Wismar have rightly sent us to the fresh dug, because it is the best local at the place. this we can only confirm and would like to see a third time at a next visit to wismar smooth! friendly, quiet, slightly alternative-modern restaurant with lots of space, fresh, excellent cuisine of a prestigious koches (and owner, how to divorce) with moderate trips. this is more true for the feeds than for the alcoholic beverages which are quite expensive in cross-comparison.
we had the three-course menu and were really amazed to find so well prepared and fresh food here. undoubtedly the best you can get in wismar! the interiors are a bit miserable, but this will not affect our 5-star rating);
really haute cuisine. it is strange that this restaurant is not popular with visitors. the menu is short and relevant for the day of the visit. the dishes are exquisite. modern design, comfortable furniture.
eating was really excellent, the service was very good, but the ambiente of the local I was rather not. However, this is definitiw compensated by eating and service. the menu is small, but very fine.

who wants to do something good and not just delicious but also healthy eating is well done here. very beautiful detailed restaurant. the kitchen is kreatiw and tasty! always happy.
great compilation of the foods. rare that a menu from the appetizer to dessert is 100% convinced. pleasant service and nice ambiente. in any case worth a visit.
