I waited for an hour in the drive-thru only to receive cold food. I highly recommend avoiding Friachs on Dixie Highway in Erlanger, Kentucky. This was the worst dining experience I have had in 45 years. Food quality and service both received a rating of 1 out of 5.

The staff at this restaurant is very rude and the manager is highly incompetent. The restaurant and plates are dirty, with roaches crawling around. This place should be shut down. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 1. Réservez une table maintenant

I did not receive all of the food items I ordered. I tried to call to discuss the issue but received no answer or was hung up on. I am extremely disappointed.
