Stopped in for dinner on Sunday Jan 22nd around 7pm with baby. Was greeted by hostess who led us to table. Asked for high chair and was quickly told we could not use at end of table. Perfect we asked to move to another table to fix issue. We were then told we couldn’t use empty high tops because they were needed for people that just might want a drink. We had such a great time tonight. We had a little bit of a wait because it was busy but there was plenty of space to stand and we got a drink at the bar. Then, we got a table much earlier than expected. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Our order got misplaced but the manager came out promptly and apologized and offered some appetizers while we waited for them to rush our meals. We did not wait too long but the service was amazing. Great things done “ok”. That's about how I'd sum up my experience. Poutine didn't use gravy hot enough to melt the curds at all, so chunks of not gooey cheese, but the flavors were all there. French dip roast beef was a bit on the dry side, and the au jus could be a bit richer, but it's ok. I would never step foot into this entity again! Last week my wife and I decided to stop in for a drink. No one greeted us. A staff made eye contact and went on to serve another customer. The bar was still making drinks. 10 minutes later, a waitress she came by our table and said “we did last call five minutes ago.” We’ll take our else where were we are valued.
