Homey local Italian spot with large portions. Came here in a group of four on a Friday at 7:30 and waited about 15-20 min to get a table. Measured street parking only (no private parking). Credit cards accepted. Two gender-neutral toilets behind the hostess. You can take large groups. Child-friendly. They give you free bread with olive oil and basalmic vinegar. I have made the chicken Parmesan Hermosa, which was huge, and for large remains on the following day for lunch. The shrimp gnocchi is also a good call if you like creamy white sauces. For those who are pickers, you can choose to customize your own pasta. The Tiramisu for two? can just feed four people and is a good dessert option. Overall, for a place close to the pier, but still with a local flair, this is the right call.
A good Italian food. We chose a nice cool evening. There was a heating next to us. This place serves bread while you order for food. The bread has a hard crispy crust and is light and soft inside. For the main course we had pillows creamy pesto and built our own Pasta Spinat Ravioli with Arrabbiata sauce. I enjoy hot food and Arrabbiata is perfect for everyone who likes hot food. Our waiter was super nice and we were waiting fast. Menu card is very expensive and self-explanatory plus it has a separate section for vegetarian food!
I went to the one in Santa Monica for the first time and found this restaurant out later on which was soooo good! I tried Jumbo raviolis, garlic shrimp pasta and these highly recommended ones! I thought these were a bit pricey but I realized its worth of every sing of pennies. A tiramisu as finish your day would be the best!!!
