Ein Restaurant mit schöner Terrasse und Blick. Das Essen ist wohl gut aber viel zu wenig. Wir hatten Kalbs-Cordonbleu. Also kurz gesagt, ich hatte noch nie ein so kleines Cordonbleu mit Beilagen/Gemüse. Der Preis 38.50 CHF da erwarte ich doch eine gute Portion. Das Gemüse hatten so viel Platz voneinander entfernt, dass ich dachte etwas sei auf dem Weg zu uns verloren gegangen. Hatte vorsichtshalber die Kellnerin gefragt, ob es eine gute Portion sein. Was aber kam, war enteuschend. Deshalb 2 Sterne, war gut aber nicht angemessen.
Three of us enjoyed a Rice Casimir, two savored a mixed salad out on the terrasse, while viewing the colorful rolling Emmental-Hills. With good friends, very quickly an exhilarating discussion got going, while also enjoying a glass of wine. The caring staff served us in perfect time, always with a happy smile and some fun comments. Thank you for accommodating us, during a very busy lunch time so well.
We were served well, the food was delicious. The restaurant was very well occupied, unfortunately we had to wait 1.5 hours for our food. I think this is a bit too long for a salad plate.... It was also very loud, you could not understand your own words in between. Despite everything we had a nice evening Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
Sadly the only good thing is the view. A table of 5 and one person was just stuck on the end of two tables. My Salad was dry and lacking on dressing. Seemed a shame as looked nice. The Schnitzel was thinly cut a money saving trick and overall overpriced for what it was. You obviously pay for the view!
