Walked in on a busy summer night with a long line of people in front of me. 1 cashier in place. Gave a tip, no "thank you" or a smile. Sat down and waited for my order. The waitress decided she was having a bad day and literally threw my tray on the table in front of me and quickly walked away. Sauce was spread all over the tray, and everyone sitting around me stared in shock. I immediately went to the front counter to get an explanation of this behaviour but had to wait because she had to run back quickly to answer the phone to take orders. I finally asked her why she threw the tray and was told that she walked around the restaurant twice calling my number...clearly not what happened but ok...
Quoi de mieux pour finir un Super week-end avec ma blonde qu'une bonne poutine dans un restaurant où leur point fort est le fromage. Les affiches où il est inscrit "fromage frais", "demandez l'extra fromage" ne manquent pas. Quelle déception fut lorsqu'arriva nos poutines. À première vue, le fromage n'est pas luisant et commence à jaunir....première crainte. Au goût, le fromage est froid et goûte le frigidaire et/ou congélateur et il a une tendance à fondre. Tous des signes qui démontrent que le fromage n'est pas frais. Le pire, lorsque je vais informer la serveuse et la gérante de la non fraîcheur de leur fromage, elles mon répondent qu'ils ne mettent jamais de fromage frais dans les poutin...
On a eu un service horrible premièrement caissier très bête avec les autres employeurs qui on de la difficulte à sourire sans rien oublier, la madame qui lave les table a un très mauvais comportement avec les clients. Le prix est exagéré trop cher pour cette nourritures de cantine, c'est la pire Poutine que j'ai manger, comme froide avec deux morceau de fromage sa coûter un 5$ de plus pour changer ma frite de club en Poutine quel regret. Je pensait avoir un bon dîner mais on est parti très très déçu et ont auraient aimer manger une bonne crème glacer mais on avait peur du résultat avec se mauvais service. Temps mieux pour eux qui on pas vécu cela... Ma note un gros zéro
I called at about 7:30 to order pizza on a busy night and was willing to wait for it to be delivered or even to pick it up. I waited on hold for a few minutes before speaking to someone. I was told it would be an hour for pizza to be ready and partially gave my order before I was put on hold for another few minutes. To my great surprise, I was then told that they were no longer taking any orders and they would not make pizza for me.Fromagerie, you are dead to me. We ordered from Mike's -- it was good and delivered in about half an hour. Réservez une table maintenant
Unfortunately, they don't serve their great cheese with the poutine. The sauce is watery and the fries are so far below average its a joke. Add to the mix the cold and stake cheese and you get an overpriced meal. The only quality you will find is in the name of the place. A total tourist trap.
