If I could give them no stars I would. I made a reservation for Sunday at 5:30pm and arrived 10 minutes early. Multiple table were available upon my arrival, however, my family waited over 25 minutes after my scheduled reservation time to be seated. We were escorted inside to a table near the bar but had to ask the server if she could please seat us outside because the music was so incredibly loud inside and we could not hear each other over the booming base and music. Came here for happy hour and quick bite before the show we were heading to see in the LBC , atmosphere was great seating either outside or indoors was offered music was very cool playing while the Baseball game was on…overall loved the vibe staff very friendly and quickly seated us, so please if you like onion rings like I do their batter here is on point with an extremely good Crunchy Crispy you’ll enjoy just as I did with my BBQ chicken wings which where delicious my BFF had the Chicken strips which had the same batter as the Onion Rings so definitely if you like crispy then this is a great place to enjoy those and an ice cold beer or Margarita during Happy Hour! 6-16-24 Father’s Day Dinner. Epic fail! Margarita watered down and tastless, brgr well dne, charrd ovr salted, small patty and too thick everything in the burger insufficient for excessive price. Sucks! Poor service, no asada for tacos! Music glaringly sharp, loud almost painful. Off duty waitress sitting across from us practically yelling and her child slapping the plastic advertisements over and over on the table. My wife’s and daughter’s chicken skewers weren’t cook thoroughly enough! We’ve been there a few times before and it was passable but every time it gets worse. Came here for Happy Hour. The moment we walked in the hostess was not very welcoming and in fact was rude and seemed as if she really didn't want to be there. The place was dead so I'm not sure what her problem was. The waitress though was pleasant. Although when you have bottomless mimosas and only 10 people in the restaurant there should be no issue with constant filling up. I had to wait 20 mins and time was almost up by the time she finally came back. I ordered my own plate and apparently she didn't hear me and only came out with only my friends meal which was the nachos and we shared. I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the waitress. She was rude and ignored my requests to clear away the empty cups and plates. After waiting for a while, I had to go inside to ask her again, and when I did, she responded with an attitude, saying she would send someone else to help. The customer service was terrible, although the waiter who assisted me was nice. I believe the behavior of the female staff needs to be addressed.
Truly uneatable expensive food and horrid staff that doesn’t care about their work or customers. I wish Johnny Reb’s still had their bellflower location open because they BLOW Fronks out of the water. Just go down to Long Beach if you want a solid sports bar
Went to Fronk’s for Taco Tuesday with my husband and son. The asada tacos were good. The beans were a little runny, but good. My son and husband liked the fries.
