Now, about the Bang Bang Shrimp (as seen in the picture): it came with an overwhelming amount of sauce. While the flavor was good, it felt excessive, and the shrimp was overcooked. Next, I tried the swordfish. I could taste the grilled flavor on the asparagus, but that was about it; I had to add salt for any seasoning. There was a sauce on the plate (also pictured), but it didn’t complement the other items well. Unfortunately, the swordfish was overcooked and rubbery, and the potatoes were grainy.

The food was underwhelming. We started with the Sesame Cauliflower Bites, which turned out to be simply cooked cauliflower drenched in a sweet sauce, with a few sesame seeds sprinkled on top. The menu mentioned panko breading, but we couldn't find any. The Nachos were only mediocre; the queso tasted like Velveeta, and the guacamole was just a bland mush. For the kids, we ordered basic macaroni—one with a simple cheese sauce and the other with a basic red sauce. I suppose that was fine for them. The highlight of the meal was a green salad with roasted pineapple and blueberries, which was actually quite good. I recently visited Kingston, NY for the first time, and I can confidently say it won't be my last! There's so much to love about this charming colonial town, especially its fantastic selection of restaurants. Front Street Tavern stands out at the top of that list. The menu is intriguing, featuring unique and delicious twists on classic dishes, alongside several familiar favorites for those who prefer something more traditional. While the beer selection is limited, each option is exceptional, so it all balances out wonderfully. We will definitely return the next time we’re in Kingston!
Took dad here for his pre 90th birthday. Table of five. We asked for a quiet corner to make it easier for the birthday celebrant to hear they set us up perfectly. Our server, Angelina, was attentive but not hovering she allowed us time to catch up, have beverages and apps, and take our time with dinner. She was right there when we needed her. Food was good calamari, mussels, salads, ravioli, pasta and such. Good draft beer, good cocktails. It was a good evening. We'll be back.

We visited Front Street twice during our wedding weekend—first for lunch on Friday and then for our after-party, which they graciously hosted. The staff was exceptionally kind and friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our visit. The food was delicious, and they offered a fantastic selection of beers on tap. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a meal in downtown Kingston.
I visited this restaurant for lunch and absolutely loved it. The location is fantastic, and I enjoyed dining on the rooftop. The service was top-notch, and both the drinks and food were excellent. I had the best grilled chicken sandwich I've ever tasted!
Excellent food and service. The rooftop area was very nice, with shade and fans. My lobster roll was delicious. And three of our party ordered burgers, they all came exactly as requested and were also very tasty.
Great restaurant with delicious food. Rooftop bar was fantastic. Wait staff is very friendly. We had a large group and they handled it very well. Appetizers were delicious as well. Very fun place to go to.
