The room was okay. Can’t complain with it only being $90 for one night. I reserved a room a few days before and I couldn’t check in till 4. We just got done pulling into town around 1 o’clock and I had my dog with me. The next day we met up with my family for breakfast. We asked for a table of 14 and the host was very rude. She didn’t ask me to sit down and wait while they got the tables ready she said “you need to sit down”. It’s the girl with the mole on her nose. I didn’t appreciate how she treated me and my family. WORST HOTEL EVER!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. Had to stay for surgery at UBMC and they denied me a late check out and had a really bit attitude. Old and run down. Leaking toilet! Not worth the money. No pool like advertisement. And NO FRIDGE!!! No microwave. No free breakfast. No coffee in room. Save money and go to COMFORT INN in Ballard around the corner with tons of better restaurants/food plus they serve free breakfast and it is 10 times better for a little more ! This frontier and grill place needs to be shut down!!! Also the grill is full of really unhappy people who are so miserable they make your experience terrible especially when you pay over 100 for a single dinner. And they do...
the cabins are not adjustable and I was lined. three of us wanted steaks, but I wanted the most expensive, a ribeye or prime rib. the others chose sirloin. after eating the appetizer, mozzarella stick, my salat and suppe comes the waitress to let me know that they were made of prime rib / ribeye and I had to change my order. I have the sirloin and hated him! it tasted like it was old. I tried one bite from the other two and they were in order. Kindness: they were nice to a group of children around 7 years. they were quick to order and quickly to use. they were in and out before we were. parking space: simple parking space.
Rooms were old but updated and VERY clean. Food in the restaurant was delicious. As good if not better than it was 30 years ago when we lived there. Staff was very friendly and fast. One night they only had 1 waitress and she was great. Went back twice for breakfast and service was great. Definitely get your money's worth. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

I didn't stay at a room but judging it from the restaurant I wouldn't suggest going here. We were waiting for food longer then we should for 3 burgers and salad. The food came out half cooked and dry. The taco salad looked and tasted like cat food (still not sure what it is). DO NOT RECOMMEND eating here!
The rooms are big but there's not much furniture and very few outlets. The wifi sucks but I need a room at odd house because of working nights and she was very accommodating it was also just blocks from the man camp and right downtown Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value
Coming from 25 years experience, this place has only went down. Honestly the worst food in town and if you saw who was making your meals you would not even consider this place. Go to Marion’s or Round Robin, I’m giving you pearls here. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
the rib ordered, medium. I have a plate of burnt boot leather. also the baked potato was unusable. my wife ordered a baked carrot, but they ran after me, so instead of informing them, they simply brought them with brown engraving. the waitress was very unatisfied.
