I agree with those who have commented on the proprietor's abruptness, unseemly haste, carelessness with orders, obtuseness and just plain rudeness. Our most recent incident involved their giving us an extra rice instead of an entree. (Why on earth would we want two rices with one main dish? Had to ring up, volunteered to drive back to get the entree, wait while my wife's birthday dinner was getting cold, and receive no acknowledgement of the mistake (if I understood aright, she had the hide to blame me , let alone an apology and certainly no compensation for the annoying inconvenience. I don't need the aggro: I've had them, despite the good food.
eating is excellent, decor is dated and get a bit tattooed. I think the owner was the chef in ancient glenrose Chinese restaurant, before it was closed when the building was demolished parking: right next to the restaurant on street parking. some spots were available when I visited. Accessibility: the restaurant is a single building with direct access to the walkway, if you need to switch from a vehicle to the restaurant, you need to mount a dachrinne.
Ahh.. again after over 12months since our last visit the service was terrible. In fact the female owner did not disappoint. Her surly face and short temper raised its ugly head again. New staff again (can't imagine wanting to or letting my kids work here for her) slow service then overcharged for boiled rice ($11.60 - the fried rice is $8.90). Seriously.. not somewhere I'd suggest anyone move too quick to visit. Shame. The foods actually half decent.
We thought w would have another go at this restaurant. Big mistake. Rude owner acted like we were such a nuisance turning up. Nshould have left. But we were hungry and it was late. Same old. Food tasty but over priced. Owner rude as ever. Really don't know why she is in the hospitality trade. Do yourself a favour. Stand clear. Judith Davidson.

I used to come here with my family back in 2010. Everything was very delicious, especially the fried prawns with I think butter and hoisin duck wraps. Of course 12 years have passed, so many things might have changed xD might have to go back to Australia to check.Really recommended :D
I've found a big black hair in my lunch. telephoned and tried to explain, but she wasn't understanding me and hanged. will not go back. Yes.
Very good Chinese we have been going to this Restaurant for years only for take away
since 20 years here the service can be müll, but eating is great
