We took our three-year-old son to Fuddrucker's today. We all liked the food, BUT... they made a small mistake on the order, no big deal. We both love grilled onions, and the onoins aren't grilled enough. They are cut in large chunks and are basically raw. The problem is that we were hungry and din't want to wait for them to cook them more. The manager and two workers knew we weren't too pleased, but did not have the wherewithal to try to please us.Only after I told the manager who came over that we weren't satisfied did she make more of an effort. But it shouldn't be the customer making sure the management knows we aren't happy. This is another example of a foreign franchise coming to Colombia, trying to attrract a wealthier and/or foreign clientele, but still with a short-term mentality. They have a lot to learn about customer service.The food, aside from the onoins, was very good. But expensive...
Pretty much like Fuddruckers back in the States. However, compared to many of the burgers in Bogota, I'd say it stacks up pretty well. The one observation is that it does seem to be overly expensive but I guess many of the better burgers in town are expensive. The service at the cashier wasn't the fastest. For a moment with the two girls talking behind the counter, I thought they were ignoring me. Apart from that the rest was okay ... served relatively quickly, the veggie bar is good, seating is normal for this type of place.
Lo principal de este restaurantes son las hamburguesas pero son bastante normales y costosas en comparación con otros lugares de la ciudad que venden buenas hamburguesas, Lo unico novedoso con que se quedan es que tienen una barra en la que puedes tomar toda la lechuga, tomate, pepinillos y salsas, del resto, como dije, es una hamburguesa muy normal que a mi juicio no compensa el precio que cobran por ella.
Es un restaurante tipico americano, las salsas que encuentras son todas marca heinz, lo cual es delicioso pues es una marca de calidad. Recomiendo a las personas que tienen un apetito normal pedir la hamburguesa más pequeña, Auqnue sea para niños es bastante grande para llenar a un adulto promedio. El precio es justo.
