I was excited to try The Best Burger! I was hungry, so I decided to order the 1lb burger with Swiss cheese, grilled onions, mushrooms, and bacon, with onion rings on the side. When I was asked how I wanted it cooked, I chose medium based on their sign on the wall. However, the burger came out well done and lacking in flavor. When I brought it up with the server, she simply apologized and shrugged. I decided to have it remade, but the second burger also came out overcooked and flavorless. It was disappointing that they couldn't get a simple burger right, especially considering that it is their specialty. I have dined at many other Fuddruckers locations, so I am familiar with the chain. This particular location is connected to a truck stop. It was not very busy when we arrived on a Tuesday night, but there was still a wait of about 10 minutes to place our order due to only one cash register being open. The staff seemed to be a bit disorganized and had to have orders repeated to them. The prices were on the higher side for what we received. The food took a long time to come out, which is understandable as it is cooked to order, but it was exceptionally slow. You have the option to choose how you want your burger cooked, which comes with a reasonably thick patty and fresh toppings bar. The burger is well-seasoned and delicious. While it may be a bit more expensive, this seems to be the norm these days. The restaurant is clean and shiny, making for a pleasant dining experience. Overall, this place is highly underrated and serves a great burger. However, Fuddruckers and TA need to address the issue of flies living in the rain traps in front of the doors, as it gives off a negative impression.

It's been years since I visited this hamburger chain I was disappointed looking for that same experience. I had when I visited before It was very disappointing especially after 1 and a half hours of driving not worth the trip so disappointing ?? Réservez une table maintenant

The food was slightly overcooked for everyone at our table, as indicated by the chart at the cash register. Additionally, some of the soda flavors were running low on syrup. Despite these issues, overall our dining experience was enjoyable.

We love this place, the best hamburgers in the area and they, and the fries, are huge! You'll never feel hungry or you'll leave. So glad they're here. Super clean and very nice staff.

Food was amazing and awesome customer service and very affordable for me and my wife to eat wish they would bring a location back to the central Georgia area we miss

This was my first time eating here. The food was fresh, and the service was a 10. I have no complaints; I'd stop in again if I'm ever in the area while on the road. Réservez une table maintenant
