Really don't see how you can messup here! The ambiance was nothing but amazing . Definitely gives and sets the mood for nice dinner with family and friends . The service was okay . Our chef wasn't as energetic and entertaining as I would have anticipated but he made up for it in the food . My hibachi steak was the most mouth watering thing ever . Had lunch there today. Very sorry to see that there is a mandatory gratuity of 18% at this restaurant, even for a party of one person. Note to management: a gratuity is defined as something given without claim or OBLIGATION. Ironically, I typically tip 20% for good service. But I don 't frequent places with a mandatory gratuity. (Also looking at you, Eggspectation in Waugh Chapel Shopping Center. My meal at Fuji today was the Chicken Fried Rice lunch. The food did not seem fresh. Walked in on a random Friday and I was pleasantly impressed. The place was beautiful, with an area that includes the sushi bar as well as the drink bar and is separated from the hibachi side. Our server was Becca . I found her to be very attentive to our table although she was running the bar as well. This was the first time I ordered a spicy tuna roll and it was actually spicy. I also had two drinks. They tasted good and standard, which I appreciate at times. The only thing I would change is to turn the music up just a tad bit because I could hear the tables next to me conversations a little too clearly.
Last time we came here to eat was at least 3-4 years ago. This time around, we did noticed some differences. Food- hibachi flavor is good, food cooked just right. Sashimi was good, can be fresher. Chicken wings were fried a bit too long but flavor was good. Service- efficient most of the time, can be a bit delayed when the tables are full. Atmosphere- a bit too dark in the hibachi section, can use more lighting. Overall just feels dated muggy. A Note to the management: please check ALL your chili powder bottles, don't serve with bugs inside . Glad I opened to check before use.

It was amazing....I'm not a meat eater, but there Salmon and Scallops were amazing. Lived the Salad with ginger dressing, fried rice and lumen noodles. The service was wonderful, environment extremely appealing. I will definitely return. No wonder they are packed out on the weekends. I went on a Monday. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The hibachi was absolutely delicious. The wait staff and chef were both friendly and attentive. You get a generous portion of food for the price. We shared a table with two other parties, which made it enjoyable to watch the chef prepare everyone's meals. The restaurant has a dimly lit atmosphere, but it is clean and nicely decorated.

Our go-to sushi spot! The staff is always so nice and patient with the high volume of traffic they receive. Everything is always so good and incredible.
